Our products and services are intended primarily for customers in South Africa.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, sizes, pricing and other information displayed on our website are accurate. Product packaging, formulations and presentation may occasionally change at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Any skincare, haircare or product guidance provided by Fossette Aesthetics, including recommendations provided via WhatsApp or email, is intended as general guidance and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If you have a medical condition, known allergies or sensitivities, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are using prescription medication, please consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional before using a product where necessary.
We recommend reviewing the product information and ingredient list before use and following the manufacturer’s directions.
• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
• Prices and promotions may change without notice, subject to applicable South African consumer law.
• All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you and offer an appropriate alternative, backorder option or refund.
• While we take reasonable care to ensure that pricing displayed on our website is accurate, obvious pricing or technical errors may occasionally occur. Where this happens, we’ll contact you before processing or fulfilling the affected order.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully authorised or received and Fossette Aesthetics has confirmed the order.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to decline or cancel an order in circumstances such as:
• A product being unavailable
• An obvious pricing or website error
• Payment not being successfully authorised or received
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
• Circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order
If we cancel an order after payment has already been received, we’ll refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available at checkout, including PayFast and Yoco.
Payment must be successfully authorised or received before an order can be processed and dispatched.
Payment transactions are processed securely by the applicable third-party payment provider in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies and security procedures.
Fossette Aesthetics does not store customers’ complete card details on our website.
We deliver nationwide within South Africa.
Delivery timeframes: Orders are generally delivered within 1–3 working days, depending on the delivery location, stock availability and courier service.
Delivery fees: A delivery fee of R125 applies to orders of R750 or less. Free delivery applies to orders over R750.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, adverse weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional courier charges resulting from an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery attributable to the customer, or a requested redelivery may be charged to the customer where applicable.
Risk: Products remain at Fossette Aesthetics’ risk until delivery has been completed in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and, where applicable, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
Where the ECTA cooling-off provisions apply, you may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 7 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, change-of-mind returns can only be considered for products that are unused, unopened, sealed and in their original packaging.
The 7-day change-of-mind period does not limit your statutory rights relating to products that are defective, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied.

Promotions, discounts and coupon codes are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated with the applicable offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Promotions are subject to stock availability.
• Discount or coupon codes may have an expiry date and may apply only to selected products or brands.
• Only one discount or coupon code may be used per order.
• Discounts and promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts or offers unless specifically stated.
• We reserve the right to correct or withdraw a promotion where there is an obvious pricing, technical or promotional error, subject to applicable South African consumer law.
